3-Month, 1 to 1, Body Image Transformation Programme

Are you ready to transform your relationship with food and your body?

Does this sound like you?

  • Do you feel embarrassed about your body and feel discontent in your own skin?

  • Have you tried every diet out there and still find yourself struggling with a 'weight problem'?

  • Do you constantly worry about what you are going to eat?

  • Are you tired of constantly obsessing about your body?

  • Do you fear putting on weight immediately if you don't exercise that day?

  • Do you have days where you feel so depressed about your body that exercise feels pointless and like a chore?

  • Do you dread eating in social settings?

  • Have you starved yourself or made yourself sick as means to lose weight?

  • Have you overeaten, binged or compulsively overate to make yourself feel better in the moment?

  • Do you feel tired and low most of the time?

  • Do you eat a limited number of foods and stick to the same meals each day?

Wouldn’t it be incredible if there was a way to create a new body confidence and freedom around food without dieting or punishing your body?

Let me tell you a story…

I am a former professional tennis player and played for Great Britain on numerous occasions, travelling the world and competing until I was 18. I went to Rice University in Houston, Texas where I was awarded a full academic and tennis scholarship, and graduated with a BA in Psychology and Pre-Medical Sciences.

My weight was something I had always struggled with, even when I was playing 4 hours of tennis a day.

I was diagnosed with a condition called polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) at the age of 14, which explained some of the reasons why I struggled with weight, such as increased insulin resistance compared to my tennis peers. I was also encouraged to lose weight and get fitter in order to be a better tennis player. This translated into a number of years of dieting and I soon found myself battling an eating disorder.

When my tennis career came to an end, I struggled with a loss of identity and lacked direction and purpose in life.

With the help of therapy and support groups, I found recovery at the age of 23. I was then inspired to do a Masters in Nutrition and Eating Disorders at UCL. This degree left me eager to learn more about the role nutrition plays on mental and physical health and wanting to be a practitioner, and so 3 years later I qualified as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist at CNM.

Before recovery I never had a long-term relationship and I soon learnt that this was largely to do with never feeling good enough about myself. This was when I realised how much my eating disorder was affecting all areas of my life. It wasn't until I could accept myself fully inside and out that I could let someone special in - this took time, courage and patience but I honestly can say it was well worth the wait as I met my true love and soulmate in 2015. The strength I have gained from recovery has also helped me get through my fears of pregnancy and birth, gifting us our gorgeous baby daughter in May 2022!

I find myself in a career which I am extremely passionate about and find hugely satisfying and rewarding – helping others with their own struggles through the use of healthy and balanced meal plans, and being creative in finding ways to work through resistance or any blockages they may have.

Having been a professional athlete for most of my life and contended with eating difficulties and weight fluctuation for many years,

I now find myself enjoying the life of recovery and have the ability to approach clients with similar difficulties with empathy and compassion.

I am here to guide you on your healing journey with food and body
